Two part question:

1) Who was Big Gay Al and what was his job?

2) Who sang "Loving You" during the Cows half time and what did he miss every time?

1) Big Gay Al is the gay guy on South Park.  He runs Big Gay Al's Gay Animal Santuary and Big Gay Al's Gay Boat Ride.

2) Richard Stamos--he failed to hit all the high "F"s
