          Take Our Safety Survey!

MasterCraft is co-sponsoring a boating safety survey with BoatUS. The survey at www.boatus.com/surveysafety/ was designed by Casey Quilter, Media & Public Relations Manager, to investigate what powerboaters know about boat emissions and how they perceive the risk of carbon monoxide (CO) poisoning.
“MasterCraft recognizes its responsibility to keep the boating community safe,” said Quilter. “We hope the survey heightens awareness about CO poisoning and will provide the boating industry with additional data to improve CO risk communication. Partnering with BoatUS gives us the ability to reach a wide range of boaters.”

MasterCraft owners, dealers, other manufacturers and special interest groups are encouraged to promote the boating safety survey to increase the data’s statistical significance. The survey link at BoatUS.com will remain active for several weeks.

BoatUS has been an instrumental part of executing the survey and collecting the data.

“Part of the Foundation’s mission is to promote boating safety,” said Scott Croft, Director of Public Relations. “We’re getting some excellent feedback from the survey and we hope everyone will encourage boaters to visit our site so we can maximize this effort. The survey just started and boating week ended Sunday, but our commitment to marine industry partnership and stewardship will go on.”

MasterCraft has always been a leader in the marine industry, from safety to new product development, and will continue to partner with conscientious marine associations to keep customers and friends out of harms way.

Have a fun and safe summer!
